Byrne had spent the years between Talking Heads' dissolution and *Feelings* absorbing global rhythms, collaborating with Brian Eno, and releasing work that consistently refused easy categorization. By 1997, his restlessness had led him somewhere genuinely unexpected, pairing his art-rock instincts with trip-hop textures at a moment when that collision felt genuinely alive rather than calculated.

David Byrne, originally of Talking Heads fame, continued to iterate on previous ideas and innovate in the space of art rock with this 1997 release. This time he teamed up with British band Morcheeba, and together they created an entirely new sound built on foundations of new wave, electronica and R&B on this cut.
