By 1992, Byrne had spent years absorbing Latin rhythms through his work with Rei Momo and his long creative partnership with Brian Eno, and Uh-Oh finds him channeling that global restlessness into something more direct and song-forward. The result is one of his most approachable solo statements, balancing art-rock instincts with genuine pop momentum.

Uh-Oh was only David Byrne's second pop-oriented solo album and his first to be released after the formal end of Talking Heads. Features the hit single "She's Mad".
