Chicago's West Side runs deep in Lil' Ed Williams' blood. His uncle, the late J.B. Hutto, was one of the slide guitar greats who shaped that raw, electric sound, and you can hear that direct lineage in every bent note Ed wrings out of his guitar. Rattleshake finds the Imperials leaning into that hereditary grit while stretching their palette just enough to keep things dangerous.
