Captured at the London Fog club on the Sunset Strip months before their debut album, these recordings document the Doors still in the process of becoming themselves, working through the long, exploratory sets that shaped their approach to improvisation and dynamics. Jim Morrison, Ray Manzarek, Robby Krieger, and John Densmore were essentially the house band here in early 1966, and the rawness of that residency comes through clearly.

Originally only available via a limited-edition box set and released on vinyl for Record Store Day 2019.
