What started as the collapsed Lifehouse project gave rock one of its most consequential salvage jobs. Pete Townshend's synthesizer experiments, born from frustration and ambition in equal measure, became the spine of an album that redefined what a British rock band could sound like in 1971, with Keith Moon and John Entwistle turning every track into a masterclass in controlled chaos.

The original album remastered by Jon Astley and housed in a jewel case with 12-page booklet containing notes by Andy Neil as well as rare photos and memorabilia.
