Shadowgrass – The Relix Session (Limited Edition 2-LP Vinyl)

Recorded live at Garcia’s Chicago on August 29, 2025, this Relix Session captures Shadowgrass in full stride. This limited edition 2-LP release showcases the band’s mix of traditional bluegrass, modern songwriting, and a range of covers.

The set includes Grateful Dead favorites “Mr. Charlie” and “Fire on the Mountain,” traditional standards like “Reuben’s Train” (stretched into a nearly 20-minute jam) and “Long Journey Home,” alongside Shadowgrass originals and more.

Featuring Kyser George (guitar), Clay Russell (banjo), Luke Morris (vocals/mandolin), Madison Morris (vocals/fiddle), and Evan Campfield (bass), the performance marks the second Relix Sessions vinyl release recorded at Garcia’s Chicago. Mixed and mastered by Jesse Lauter, the album captures both the intimacy of the venue and the energy of the band’s live sound.
