The Los Angeles four-piece built their reputation on a live sound that resisted easy categorization, drawing as much from dream pop atmospherics as from the rhythmic interplay of Theresa Wayman, Emily Kokal, Jenny Lee Lindberg, and Stella Mozgawa locked in together. Their self-titled 2014 release, produced by Flood and mixed by Tom Elmhirst, captured that chemistry on tape with a precision that their devoted following had been waiting for.
