It's a record that divided longtime followers and won new ones, which is often exactly what growth looks like.

Bullet for My Valentine is a Welsh metalcore band from Bridgend. Formed in 1998, the quartet have been taking cues from '80s metal bands and the punk-infused metal of the new millennium to make melodic, dark rock with metal tendencies. The band has stated that their music is influenced by classic heavy metal acts such as Metallica, Iron Maiden, and Slayer and is part of the Cardiff music scene.
