Back by popular demand, Play Dead – The Relix Session from Mikaela Davis and Southern Star returns in a striking In The Dark Variant. This limited second pressing (LE 1,250) features fluorescent pink and blue 140g vinyl housed in refreshed cover art by Madalyn Stefanak, updated with an "in the dark" twist that glows with new energy.

Originally recorded live at Relix Studio in NYC on August 3, 2021, during the sacred “Days Between,” this session features 10 Grateful Dead covers, reimagined through Mikaela Davis & Southern Star’s signature harp-forward style.

The audio has been mixed and mastered by Jesse Lauter, and the release includes cover art inspired by early Dead Relix magazine covers.
