Presenting Sam Grisman Project – The Relix Session, a limited-edition (LE 1,300), 2-LP album on psychedelic 140g vinyl. Captured live at the historic Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, NY, this album features Sam Grisman alongside his band, Chris J. English (percussion/vocals), Matt Flinner (mandolin/banjo), Roy Williams (guitar/vocals) and Max Flansburg (guitar/vocals).

The two-sided set includes acoustic takes on Jerry Garcia, Bob Dylan, Grateful Dead, and Paul McCartney originals and associated covers, including “Lazy River Road,” “Walkin’ Down The Line,” “When First Unto This Country,” and “Heart of the Country,” as well as the band members’ own compositions: Roy Williams’ “Bug” and “Throwing Punches,” along with Max Flansburg’s “Rainforest Song.” 

The song selections showcase the group’s ability to bring a fresh perspective to a timeless collection of tunes.
