Frank "Son" Seals came up hard, learning guitar from Albert King and gigging around Arkansas before planting roots in Chicago's South Side blues scene in the early 1970s. Recorded live, this document captures what made Seals such a force on the club circuit: a rawness and physical intensity that studio recordings could only approximate.
