Vincent Furnier had already spent years perfecting shock theater with his band before stepping out under the Alice Cooper name alone, and the *Welcome To My Nightmare* tour raised the stakes considerably, bringing Hollywood production values and a full narrative concept to arenas at a moment when rock spectacle was still finding its limits. The Forum date captures Cooper at the height of his creative partnership with producer Bob Ezrin, backed by a band built for cinematic drama as much as hard rock.

In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Alice Cooper's debut solo record Welcome To My Nightmare is previously unreleased live show from the Forum, recorded June 17, 1975. The tour was catagorized as one of the most over-the-top excursions of the era.
