Washington D.C.'s Darshan Jesani and Sharam Tayebi built Deep Dish into one of the most respected names in progressive house through the late '90s and 2000s, earning a devoted following that stretched far beyond the club circuit. Their earlier Global Underground entries, Moscow (GU013) and Toronto (GU020), became touchstone documents of that era's sound, the kind of mixes that collectors and DJs have referenced for decades.
