Why buy from Relix
Relix has been covering the intersection of folk, rock, and the wider roots and independent music world since 1974. Big Thief sits squarely in the territory this magazine has always taken seriously: songwriting that rewards close attention, records that hold up across many listens. The store reflects the same editorial sensibility as the magazine. We also produce the Relix Sessions series, live recordings produced by Relix and pressed to vinyl on the Relix Vinyl label, which gives some sense of how seriously we approach recorded music. When a title appears on this page, it is here because it belongs in a collection, not because of an algorithm.
All records are new and sealed. Pre-order titles display a street date on the product page and ship when the label releases them. Vinyl ships in protective packaging designed for LPs. CDs ship in protective packaging.
To keep exploring, browse Indie Rock and Pop Vinyl and CDs for related artists and releases, or head to Americana, Folk and Country Vinyl Records for the broader roots context that informs much of Big Thief's work. If you are drawn to the Masterpiece random color pressing, Colored Vinyl Records and Limited Variants is worth a look. For concert recordings and live documents on wax, Live Vinyl Albums and Records has a strong selection.
