For the heads who already know what Orgone does to a room and want the records to prove it at home. This page collects the Los Angeles band's catalog available at Relix, spanning studio albums, singles, and limited pressings across vinyl and CD.
What is actually here: New You on standard black vinyl LP and on CD, both from Colemine Records, plus a colored pressing of New You in black and camo vinyl. The 7-inch Working For Love B/W Dreamer on 3 Palm Records brings the band's deep-funk side to 45 format, while the Strike / New You 7-inch on Colemine gives you another single-format option. Chimera on CD from Three Palms Records rounds out the disc options. On the vinyl side, Moonshadows is available as a clear pressing on Colemine, and Bacano is here as the RSD Black Friday 2024 orange colored 2xLP, also on Colemine Records.
Why buy from Relix
Relix has covered the intersections of funk, soul, and improvisational music since 1974, which means Orgone fits naturally into what this store carries. Beyond catalog titles, Relix produces the Relix Sessions series, live recordings produced by Relix and pressed to vinyl on the Relix Vinyl label. The records on this page are chosen because they belong in a serious collection, not because an algorithm flagged them. Colemine Records titles in particular have a reputation for quality pressings, and that matters when you are buying vinyl to actually play.
All titles are new and sealed. Pre-order titles display a street date and ship when the label releases them. Vinyl ships in protective packaging designed for LPs.
If Orgone is your entry point into a wider world, there is more to explore. Browse Funk, Soul and R&B Vinyl Records for related catalog, check Colored Vinyl Records and Limited Variants for limited pressings across genres, dig into Jam Band Vinyl Records for the improvisational side of the store, and visit Live Vinyl Albums and Records for concert documents worth owning.
