40 Elephants – Forty Elephants (LP Vinyl)

40 Elephants is a collaboration between Cynthia Sley, frontwoman of Bush Tetras, and Knox Chandler who was a member of Psychedelic Furs, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Cyndi Lauper's band and has worked with everyone from REM to Depeche Mode.Their music is a reflection of their long eclectic musical lives and unique sound. Knox, a multi-instrumentalist and master guitarist, used no keyboards to create the layering of percussion and other-worldly sounds. Cynthia added her lyrics and melodies to the tracks, creating a unique partnership of sonorous frequencies.
