Product Details
Jazz clubs, classic soul, and a voice that sounded like it had been around for decades all converged on Winehouse's 2003 debut, recorded when she was just 19. Produced largely with Salaam Remi, *Frank* drew on the same British jazz-pop lineage as Dinah Washington and Sarah Vaughan while announcing something wholly new, a songwriter with unfiltered honesty and phrasing that no one else could touch.
Originally released in the UK in 2003, Amy Winehouses platinum debut FRANK is now released in the states for the first time.
