Black Sabbath – Mob Rules: Deluxe Edition (2-CD)
Product Details
Dio-era Sabbath remains one of heavy metal's great what-ifs, a partnership born from Tony Iommi's refusal to let the band dissolve after Ozzy's departure. Mob Rules, released in 1981, captured Ronnie James Dio at full power alongside Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Vinny Appice, doubling down on the dark fantasy architecture the quartet had begun building on Heaven and Hell.
MOB RULES: 2CD DELUXE EDITION boasts an expansive selection of rare and unreleased recordings. Along with additional tracks from Live At Hammersmith Odeon, the collection also includes a newly mixed version of “The Mob Rules.” The cherry on top is an entire concert recorded in 1982 in Portland, OR. Highlights include stellar performances of “Neon Knights” “Heaven And Hell” and “Voodoo.”
