Bob Dylan – Desire (LP Vinyl)

Recorded in the summer of 1975 with a rotating cast that included violinist Scarlet Rivera, whom Dylan famously discovered walking down a New York street, Desire arrived as the Rolling Thunder Revue was taking shape and carries that tour's restless, rambling energy. Jacques Levy co-wrote most of the lyrics, pushing Dylan toward a more narrative, cinematic style that runs from the political urgency of "Hurricane" to the mythic wandering of "Isis."
