Product Details

Bronski Beat's 1986 sophomore album arrived at a moment when the AIDS crisis was reshaping queer culture, and the band's unflinching political voice made them something far more urgent than a synth-pop act. Jimmy Somerville had already departed by the time *Truthdare Doubledare* was recorded, but the group pressed forward with new vocalist John Foster, carrying the weight of a community under siege into every groove.
