Product Details
Brutal Truth's New York grindcore pedigree ran deep, with bassist Dan Lilker carrying DNA from both Nuclear Assault and Napalm Death, and drummer Rich Hoak's controlled chaos setting a high-water mark for extreme music drumming. "Sounds of the Animal Kingdom" leaned further into noise and experimentation than the band's earlier work, pushing grindcore toward something genuinely unsettling and strange. Bone white with splatter feels like exactly the right format for music this unhinged.
BRUTAL TRUTH's defining 1997 album is one of Grindcore's most essential releases! Now fully remastered by Brad Boatright and available on vinyl for the first time in more than 20 years!
