Childish Gambino – Kauai (LP Vinyl)
Childish Gambino Vinyl Records
Product Details
Donald Glover released Kauai as a free download on Thanksgiving 2014, a characteristically generous move that reflected the loose, sun-warmed intimacy of the project itself. Coming off the emotional intensity of "Because the Internet," this EP found him exhaling, trading concept-album weight for something more personal and unhurried.
Childish Gambino’s 2014 EP, Kauai, is a paradise-found exploration of nostalgia and the complex anxieties of romance, decadence and passion. From the pure pop brilliance of “Sober” to the cool closer “Late Night in Kauai”, Kauai is an essential postcard from the world of Childish Gambino. This edition is featured on classic black vinyl.
