Product Details
Released in 2005, X&Y arrived under enormous pressure as the follow-up to the massively successful A Rush of Blood to the Head, and it still debuted at number one in more than twenty countries. "Fix You" became one of the most enduring ballads of its era, a song that found its way into memorial services, sports broadcasts, and sing-along moments that transcended any genre boundary.
X&Y (clear EcoRecord 2LP) X&Y by Coldplay is now available as a 2LP on clear EcoRecord. Each injection-moulded LP is made entirely from, on average, nine recycled plastic bottles. EcoRecord sounds and looks as great as a traditional vinyl record, but it's been manufactured using 100% recycled PET, instead of PVC. Injection moulding technology has energy savings of up to 85% compared to the traditional vinyl process. - X&Y is the 2005 third studio album by Coldplay. Produced by Coldplay and Danton Supple, the album includes the singles Speed of Sound, Fix You, Talk and The Hardest Part.
