Chicago has always been a special room for Dave Matthews Band, and a two-night stand at Northerly Island in the summer of 2025 gave the band plenty of space to stretch out and find those moments that make the Live Trax series essential documents rather than simple souvenirs. The inclusion of material from both nights on a single set makes this volume a genuine keepsake for anyone who was there, or wishes they had been.

Dave Matthews Band hit the road in 2025 for their 34th year.. Live Trax Vol. 72 is from the second night of the bands two night stand in Chicago and captures a spotless and emotional performance from The Stones first notes to Pigs big finish. The setlist includes the powerful "What You Are" and "Madmans Eyes" as well as Dave's haunting vocal deliveries on "Gravedigger" and "Rye Whiskey". The final side of the 4 LP set includes "Baby Blue" & "Bartender", from the previous night in Chicago. 4LP Set on "Natural" Colored Vinyl
