Product Details
When Ritchie Blackmore, Jon Lord, Roger Glover, Ian Paice, and new vocalist David Coverdale recorded *Burn* in 1973, they were essentially rebuilding one of rock's most volatile bands from the ground up. Coverdale and bassist/vocalist Glenn Hughes brought a deeper soul influence that pushed Purple into new territory, and the title track remains one of hard rock's most electrifying opening statements.
Deep Purple’s 1974 album, featuring "Burn" and "Mistreated." Part of the Limited Purple Vinyl Series.
