Deftones – B-Sides & Rarities (2-LP Vinyl)

Sacramento's Deftones have always occupied their own strange, beautiful corner of heavy music, and the deep cuts and detours collected here reveal just how wide their listening actually ran, from the Smiths to Sade to Lynyrd Skynyrd. These weren't throwaway sessions; the band's cover choices and alternate takes consistently pointed toward the emotional core of their songwriting in ways the studio albums sometimes obscured.
