The collection featured Reeves’ longtime trio of pianist Peter Martin, bassist Reuben Rogers, and drummer Greg Hutchinson with special guests including guitarist Romero Lubambo, saxophonist Steve Wilson, and vibraphonist Joe Locke, performing fresh and innovative interpretations of holiday standards ranging from simple balladry, torchy love songs, and delicate folk arrangements, to finger-popping up-tempo tunes and bossa nova flavored arrangements.
