Product Details
Recorded in 1987, J Mascis, Lou Barlow, and Murph captured something genuinely raw on this second Dinosaur Jr LP, a record that became a cornerstone of American indie rock and a direct blueprint for the guitar-drenched sound that would define the following decade. The interplay between Mascis's molten, Neil Young-influenced leads and Barlow's low-end rumble gave songs like "Little Fury Things" and "Freak Scene" a push-pull tension that still hits hard today.
