Product Details

Nothing Was the Same arrived at a moment when Drake was consolidating his position as one of rap's most commercially dominant forces, and the album's introspective tone set it apart from the bravado typical of the era. Producers Noah "40" Shebib and Boi-1da helped shape a sound rooted in Toronto's nocturnal atmosphere, giving tracks like "Started From the Bottom" and "Wu-Tang Forever" a moodiness that felt genuinely personal rather than manufactured.

2013 release, the third album from the Canadian actor, rapper and R&B star. "Hold On, We're Going Home" coasts along on his hypnotic R&B crooning, bringing together an immediately unforgettable hook with silky and seductive soundscapes. Hearing both the delivery and magnetic production, it's clear that Drake's home is at the very top.
