The Works tour was one of the most audacious production gambles in rock history, with ELP bankrolling a full orchestra night after night until the costs nearly broke them. What survived the financial wreckage was the music itself, captured here in performances that document the uneasy, electric tension between classical ambition and rock power that defined everything Keith Emerson, Greg Lake, and Carl Palmer built together.

Recorded during their famed 1977 'Works' tour, this live album from Emerson, Lake, and Palmer captures the band at it's creative height, performing songs from their storied catalog. The album's highlight includes songs from their legendary concert on 26th of August 1977 at the Olympic Stadium in Montreal, where the band played to a sold-out crowd of 78,000 with a 64-piece orchestra. Available as a standalone release for the first time in nearly 30 years, 'Works Live' showcases a band that pushed the boundaries of genre and live shows to new heights, influencing a generation of artists for years to come.
