Godsmack – Godsmack (2-LP Vinyl)

Boston-bred and built on the kind of raw, Sabbath-heavy crunch that defined late-'90s hard rock, Godsmack arrived fully formed on their major label debut, drawing immediate comparisons to Alice in Chains for Sully Erna's vocal intensity and the band's dense, down-tuned attack. Tracks like "Whatever" and "Keep Away" became rock radio staples, helping the album eventually go quadruple platinum.
