Gorillaz – The Mountain (2-LP Vinyl)

Damon Albarn has always treated Gorillaz as a living, breathing collective rather than a conventional band, and that restless collaborative spirit, first unleashed on their self-titled 2001 debut, remains the project's defining engine. With each release pulling from hip-hop, electronica, post-punk, and whatever else Albarn happens to be chasing at the moment, the guest list on any Gorillaz record functions less like cameos and more like a genuine conversation across genres and generations.
