Product Details

Released simultaneously with its companion volume in September 1991, Use Your Illusion I entered the Billboard 200 at number two, kept from the top spot only by Use Your Illusion II. That chart quirk said everything about where Guns N' Roses stood at that moment, occupying rock's center of gravity in a way few acts ever have before or since.

Guns N' Roses - "Use Your Illusion I" - USE YOUR ILLUSION I remastered for the first-time ever from high-resolution 96kHz 24-bit transfers from the original stereo 1/2-inch analog master tapes. Includes "November Rain" with a real 50-piece orchestra for the firsttime ever - newly recorded, conducted and arranged by GRAMMY-winner and Emmy-nominated composer Christopher Lennertz. 2 LP set on 180-gram heavyweight audiophile black vinyl in a gatefold jacket with a 12"x12" insert.
