Hesperia – Picenum (CD)

Hesperia hails from the Marche region of central Italy, and their devotion to that specific geography, its ancient Picene culture and Apennine landscapes, runs through their sound like a cold mountain current. Black metal rooted this deeply in place is rare, and *Picenum* makes that regionalism feel like a spiritual commitment rather than a novelty.
