Gyan Riley carries the fingerprints of his father Terry's fingerpicking mastery while having long carved his own path through classical and acoustic composition; Devendra Banhart has been a freak-folk touchstone since the early 2000s; and Noah Georgeson has quietly shaped some of the most idiosyncratic recordings of the past two decades as a producer and collaborator. When these three converge, the result belongs to no scene and no moment in particular.
""I don't even like these people. I didn't choose them; I love them. They're my brothers, my family. It's irrevocable."" - Devendra BanhartFrogs, condensed milk, the patter of rain. This is the new collaborative project from Gyan Riley, Devendra Banhart, and Noah Georgeson. Three eternal friends becoming children.
