Product Details
Brooklyn's jigitz has quietly become one of the most compelling voices in the American UKG revival, bringing the kinetic pulse of UK garage to a stateside scene hungry for it. Debut albums this assured are rare; the ballet-inspired conceptual framework here gives the dancefloor energy something to orbit around beyond pure club utility.
jigitz’ highly anticipated debut album 50 ballerinas out via R&R. Featuring collaborations with Charlotte Plank, Glaive, okgiorgio and more.
50 Ballerinas is the debut album from Brooklyn-based electronic producer jigitz, one of the fastest-rising names in the U.S. UKG and speed garage scene. Following the breakout success of “tell you straight”—which peaked at #3 on Spotify's Viral Chart and #21 on Billboard's Hot Electronic Chart—50 Ballerinas expands jigitz's world with a larger-than-life visual and creative concept inspired by ballet, movement, and community.
