Johnny Winter – Still Alive and Well (CD)
Product Details
Johnny Winter cut this album at a crossroads moment, emerging from a turbulent stretch and channeling that survival into some of the hardest-hitting electric blues-rock of his career. Rick Derringer's production keeps everything raw and live-feeling, a perfect match for Winter's ferocious slide work and the kind of Texas-born tone that made him a legend at Woodstock just four years prior.
