Josiah Queen – Damascus Road (CD)

Josiah Queen built his following the old-fashioned way, through relentless touring and word-of-mouth devotion from listeners who found his songwriting at exactly the right moment in their own lives. Damascus Road channels that same intimacy into a full-length statement, rooted in the Southern gospel and contemporary Christian tradition but driven by the kind of personal reckoning that tends to resonate well beyond any single genre's audience.
