Product Details
Recorded in something close to real time at a ranch in Jackson Hole, *Ye* arrived in June 2018 as one of the most compressed, confessional major-label releases in recent memory, clocking in under 24 minutes. West used the album to address his bipolar disorder diagnosis directly, making it a rare instance of a mainstream rap record centering mental health as its primary subject.
The seven-track release from the rapper was streamed live from Wyoming and featured guest appearances from 070 Shake, DeJ Loaf, Jeremih, Kid Cudi, John Legend, Nicki Minaj, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Ty Dolla $ign, Valee and Charlie Wilson.
