Blowin' Up dissects the topical turmoil, the nonstop Christmas-morning-coal mouthfeel of daily life in '26 smashburgered into a diamond-rich slurry: "Language arts on the way out... if you've anything clever to say, you better say it now" "when detectives get here Monday morning, it's our fingerprints at the scene." You could skip to the end and read the Kiwipedia but you really should hear how it plays out: the mother-daughter crimesolving duo of Photos of the Reenactment; a witness relocated to Hard Drive, Ontario; teenagers crossing the Detroit River to piggyback on the Canadian drinking age... Pure Michigan at last. "I am on your side!" they keep telling us, and we believe them; Kiwi Jr. #is on our side, and they're about to blow up.
