Product Details

Korn recorded Life Is Peachy in just a few weeks, leaning harder into the dysfunction and aggression that their 1994 demos had hinted at. Where their debut introduced the world to their sound, this follow-up doubled down with fewer concessions, arriving at a moment when mainstream rock radio had no real framework for what they were doing. The result was a cult document that influenced a generation of heavy bands without ever quite fitting the genre labels critics tried to pin on it.

Vinyl Voice exclusive LP pressed on hardwood color vinyl. Originally released in 1996, Korn's Life Is Peachy, the band's uncompromising second album, cemented Korn's status as pioneers of a new heavy sound, blending crushing riffs, hip-hop influenced grooves, and Jonathan Davis' intensely personal lyrics. Featuring fan favorites including ""No Place to Hide,"" ""A.D.I.D.A.S.,"" and ""Good God,"" Life Is Peachy captured the raw energy and emotional intensity that helped redefine heavy music for a generation. The 30th Anniversary edition includes an acapella version of ""Twist.""
