Product Details
Formed in Boston at the New England Conservatory, Lake Street Dive has spent two decades building one of the most devoted followings in American indie pop and soul, rooted in tight vocal harmonies and a deep commitment to the craft of live performance. Going independent gives that energy a new kind of ownership here, and you can hear it.
Lake Street Dive's ninth album, What About Flamingos?, captures the joy, spontaneity, and magic of friends making music together. Recorded mostly live, the band's first release on their own label brings their signature sound to life in a whole new way. What About Flamingos? is a celebration of friendship, connection, and the beauty of being present.
