Product Details
Leon Thomas built his reputation writing and producing for some of contemporary R&B's biggest names before stepping fully into the spotlight himself, and that behind-the-scenes mastery is audible in every layer of his solo work. PHOLKS carries the same restless energy that made MUTT a breakthrough, but pushes further into the kind of sprawling, genre-fluid territory that rewards repeated listens and sounds even better on wax.
Grammy Award-winning Leon Thomas returns with PHOLKS, a love letter to beautiful chaos and the need to feel. Following the acclaim of MUTT, PHOLKS doubles down on raw creativity – marking a movement as bold as it is timeless, an experience meant to be disruptive, not just heard. Blending the groove of funk, the golden age of R&B, and the raw defiance of classic rock, the EP showcases his command as a multi-instrumentalist and visionary. Available on black/clear 12" vinyl.
