Product Details

Lil Yachty built his name in Atlanta's rap scene, but his reverence for classic rock and psychedelia always ran deeper than his mainstream image suggested. "Let's Start Here." caught the music world off guard on arrival, drawing genuine comparisons to early 70s progressive rock and earning critical praise from corners of the press that had never before covered him. For fans of exploratory, guitar-driven records, it lands as a sincere left turn rather than a stunt.

For many months of 2021-22 acclaimed musician Lil Yachty poured himself into a full band experience in the studio day and night with stints ranging from El Paso to Brooklyn. A deep, introspective and expansive Psychedelic Alternative album ‘Let’s Start Here’ came to life. His longtime love of Pink Floyd’s ‘Dark Side of the Moon’ and multiple psychedelic journeys influenced this ambitious and intimate album. The work will be enjoyed worldwide on January 27, 2023.
