My Chemical Romance – Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge (CD)
Product Details
My Chemical Romance built their reputation playing the New Jersey/New York underground circuit before this 2004 Reprise Records release brought their theatrical, punk-inflected sound to a national audience. Producer Howard Benson helped the band translate the raw intensity of their indie debut *I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love* into something bigger without losing the emotional urgency that made their early following so fervent.
THREE CHEERS FOR SWEET REVENGE, the major-label debut album from My Chemical Romance, is one of the years most anticipated albums. With influences ranging from Iron Maiden and the Misfits to Morrissey. The first single is "I'm Not Ok (I Promis)."
