Product Details
Recorded during the 1978 Rust Never Sleeps tour and released in 1979, this album captures Young at a pivotal crossroads, opening with acoustic vulnerability and closing with electric fury. "Hey Hey, My My (Into the Black)" and its acoustic mirror "My My, Hey Hey (Out of the Blue)" frame punk rock's rise as Young's own reckoning with staying relevant, a question he answered by leaning harder into noise and grit. Crazy Horse has never sounded more essential.
