When four musicians who'd already helped define punk, new wave, and hard rock separately decided to form a band together in mid-90s Los Angeles, the results were loud, loose, and completely unbothered by expectations. The Neurotic Outsiders played the Viper Room regularly before cutting this record, and that club-level swagger is all over it. Getting this on vinyl for the first time is long overdue.

Neurotic Outsiders were a hard rock supergroup formed in 1995 by Steve Jones of The Sex Pistols on guitar/vocals, John Taylor of Duran Duran on bass/vocals, Duff McKagan of Guns & Roses on guitar/vocals, and McKagan & GNR bandmate Matt Sorum (also formerly of The Cult) on drums. This deluxe reissue of their 1996 Maverick Records debut on vinyl for the very first time features bonus material from a rare Japanese EP.
