Product Details
Manchester's post-punk architects have always understood that their live show is where the two halves of their history collapse into one, Bernard Sumner's guitar lines threading through the grief and euphoria that defined both Joy Division and New Order's own unlikely rise to dance floors worldwide. The Brixton Academy has long been one of those London rooms that rewards a band willing to go deep, and this 2015 set captures New Order at a moment of genuine creative renewal.
New Order have announced a new live album, NOMC15, recorded at Brixton Academy in 2015 following the release of their most recent studio LP (and Mute debut) "Music Complete". It features a set consisting of tracks from the new album, as well as cuts from their back catalog and songs by Joy Division.
