Recorded in 1985 and released in 1986, Graceland found Paul Simon traveling to Johannesburg to collaborate with South African musicians including Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Stimela, and the Boyoyo Boys, weaving mbaqanga and isicathamiya into something that rewired American pop's sense of what was possible. The album arrived during the cultural boycott of apartheid-era South Africa, sparking real debate about artistic ethics alongside its widespread acclaim. This 2011 Sony Legacy edition brings the full experience back into circulation.

Originally released in 1986, this is a reissue of Paul Simons 5x Platinum album, GRACELAND.
