Phil Collins – But Seriously (180 Gram LP Vinyl)

Before he became an arena-filling juggernaut, Phil Collins was always the drummer who could make you feel something, and *But Seriously* channeled that emotional directness into his most politically engaged work. Released in 1989, it produced "Another Day in Paradise," a stark meditation on homelessness that hit number one worldwide and earned him a Grammy for Record of the Year. Heavy vinyl does justice to Collins at the peak of his commercial powers, back when a pop record could still carry genuine weight.
